EDIT Button not appear in complaint and retruns overview screen

Hi

when we create complaint in overview screen of complaint in webui in complaint details

i am unable to see EDIT button for to change the complaint details

in service pro businessrole in navigation bar complaint and returns-->create(complaint)

when we create complaint and save that complaint and after that when we change the header details that means to change complaint general details

i am unable to see EDIT Button to edit the details where i can find this ?

please help me
