IC : Interaction Categorization - Component GSMCDDLB

Hello Guys,

       I have requirement to read the categorization entered by user for the interaction record at IC and populate Notes(text) based on the categorization value.I need help on the following :

    1. Reading the categorization entered.

                     After Enhancing the component GSMCDDLB am not able to read the entered categorization from method EH_ONCATCHANGE

                     or GET_DDLB_TABLE.

    2. Once we find a way to read  the categorization entered how can i identify the running transaction/guid number and how can i post the text

        into Notes block.

Please suggest.
